Operations Managers at De Vere are key to the success of our hotels. Leading teams to elevate service levels and truly embed a stand out, upper 4* experience for our guests, our Operations Managers have a real eye for detail and know to deliver personalised service, every time.
Part of the hotel executive team, and fully responsible for running the day to day operations of a hotel, our Operations Managers will manage a huge variety of customers, as well as large conferences, exciting events and celebrations that are a real cut above our competitors.
Dependant on experience, Operations Managers have the opportunity to join the General Manager Designate programme, or complete our bespoke Operations Manager Programme, both designed to hone senior leadership and business skills. Heads of Department
Each of our hotel departments has a head: from Head of Housekeeping to Front of House Manager, Restaurant Manager to Head of Maintenance, each Head of Department plays a vital role in ensuring each of our unique hotels run harmoniously, delivering outstanding customer journeys every step of the way.
Through leading their teams and elevating service levels, we actively encourage our Heads of Departments to surprise and delight our guests, meaning intuitive customer service is at the heart of each department. We develop our Heads of Departments to take full financial responsibility for their department, managing and running it like a business within a business.
