Training, Development & Project Management
Following an in depth company induction, we ensure you reach your full potential by providing high level training, development and support throughout your programme. This includes allocating you a dedicated ‘Buddy’ in the form of an experienced or previous Graduate Manager who has ‘been there and done it’, workshops and on the job training and professional accredited qualifications.
Operations Programme (Generalist)
To develop knowledge, experience and expertise in all areas of hotel management. An 18 month programme, based at one of our UK hotels or venues where you will progress through 5 key operational rotations; Food & Beverage, Conference & Events, Housekeeping, Front of House and Support Services such as Finance, Sales and HR.
An 18 month programme focusing on one key area such as Finance, Conference & Events, HR or Sales. Here we offer a mix of Head Office and hotel based rotations, giving you a great platform and a specialist experience in hospitality.
What are we looking for?
Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
Work experience in hospitality, retail or a customer facing role
A real passion for Hospitality and customer service is essential along with a positive attitude
