BMW Reservations Account Manager

What is the main purpose of the role?

Managing BMW account incl. all reservations and PHco. 3rd party bookings to Partner Hotels & associated relationship management of these 3rd party Hotels. Relationship management of BMW Academy and dealers along with commission processing and overall responsibility for delivering exceptional standards of service.

To receive clear measurable direction from Hotel Sales Office Manager regarding the management of key BMW account incl. all accommodation bookings on property and via PHco. Managing 3rd party bookings to Partner Hotels & associated relationship management of these 3rd party Hotels with a particular emphasis on service standards in line with SLA in place between Wokefield Estate and BMW. Relationship management of BMW Academy and dealer accommodation bookings along with commission processing and financial management of this account. Regular travel to PHco will be required and mandatory.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have an excellent attention to detail, great communication skills and be able to confidently build relationships with both colleagues and clients at a variety of different levels. Being proficient in the use of systems such as Sales Force, Delphi and Opera would be an advantage, although not essential, while exceptional customer service skills are absolutely key.
